Vertical cuttings dryeris a single-stage continuous working vertical scraper unloading drying centrifuge, also called vertical drying centrifuge. It’s an important equipment for mud recycling equipment in oilfield drilling waste treatment. HYANG vertical cuttings dryer mainly uses centrifugal force to separate oil and water from oil-based drill cuttings and composite-based drill cuttings, so as to achieve the purpose of reducing harmful particles and recycling drilling fluid. By recovering the mud in drilling cuttings, vertical cuttings dryer can reduce the drilling cost and cut down on environmental pollution. With a handling capacity of 40-60 T/h, the oil on cuttings OOC of drilling cuttings can be reduced to lower than 5% w/w after treatment, meeting the international emissions standards and environmental protection requirements.
