Vacuum degasser, or vacuum degasser rig, is a kind of drilling fluid degasser, which is the second phase of mud purification equipment in the drilling process. HYZCQ series Vacuum degasser is a new type of special equipment used to treat gas infiltrating drilling fluid, sometimes called mud degasser. It can quickly remove various gases invaded into the drilling fluid and plays an important role in restoring the specific gravity of the mud and stabilizing the performance of the mud. At the same time, the drilling fluid vacuum degasser rig can be used as a high-power agitator, which is suitable for all kinds of mud circulation purification systems. HYANG vacuum degasser is a negative pressure degasser with a scientific and reasonable design structure, which can effectively separate gas and liquid, filter out impurities and ensure that the exhaust pipe is always unobstructed.
Working Principle
Vacuum degasser uses a vacuum pump to vacuum the main body of the degasser and presses the mud into the main body of the degasser using atmospheric pressure. The air invaded mud passes through the impeller inside the degasser to rotate and swing to the periphery of the degasser inner wall to burst the air bubbles in the mud, thus achieving the purpose of degassing.
