When there’s a large amount of drilling mud, the spring will be tilted when the height is adjusted due to the running of the slurry, this is the common problem of straight springs. It will also greatly affects shale shaker vibration mode, thereby affecting its performance and service. The suspension spring used by HYANG has completely changed all problems caused by tilt of the spring. Moreover, under the same shale shaker type and same G-force of the vibration motor, the vibration intensity and amplitude of the suspension spring and the processing effect are far superior to those of the vertical spring. Shale Shaker is mainly composed of a base, screen basket, shaker screen, mud logging tank, vibrating motor, shock-absorbing spring, control switch, regulating device, etc.
1. Screen basket: HYANG uses soft (hard) hook-edge shaker screens and frame screens. It adopts bolt tension or wedge-shaped block structure so that the tension is safe and reliable, and the screen is not easily damaged.
