Oilfield centrifugal pump is an ideal supporting equipment to provide power transmission for desander, desilter and jet mud mixer. It can also be used as a filling pump for auxiliary grouting of the mud pump and supplying pump for the wellhead. HYANG series centrifugal pump is mainly composed of pump casing, impeller, pump shaft, wear disc, sealing device, bearing seat, bearing, coupling, motor, base, etc. Most HYSB centrifugal pump parts can be interchanged with international brands. It has the advantages of easy operation and maintenance, less leakage of the shaft seal, reliable performance and long service life.
Drilling fluid is a suspension containing a large number of solid particles and various chemical additives. Therefore, the impeller and pump casing of the HYSB oilfield centrifugal pump is required to conform to the law of movement of two-phase flow in order to reduce wear and prevent corrosion. Usually the centrifugal pump is working in an extremely harsh environment, it pumps a large amount of sand-containing liquid for a long time. Therefore, the sealing of the shaft end is required to be very reliable, which is difficult to solve with sealing method of the general pump. At the same time, the pump is often damaged because the medium is abrasive and corrosive, thus required effectively blocking the solid particles from falling between the front and rear guard plates of the impeller. In addition, another very important issue is that the flow rate and head of the sand pump should be properly matched with the hydrocyclone(desander, desilter and jet mud mixer). Otherwise, the hydrocyclones cannot work normally.
