Mud cleaner is a combination of desander and desander, installed on a vibrating screen with a fine mesh screen. The mud is transported to the inlet of the hydrocyclone to separate the particles, the underflow enters the fine mesh, and the particles larger than the barite are discarded. The main feature is that a control valve is arranged between the main inlet pipe and the liquid outlet pipe of the desander and the desander, and an automatic sand blocking device and an underflow port adjustment device are arranged in the cyclone.
